On the afternoon of December 15, 2024, “MoBen Moments——Exhibition of Selected Works by Maurice Benayoun”opened at the East Building Art Gallery of the School of Arts, Nanjing University.
This exhibition showcases the most representative works of Professor Maurice Benayoun over the past thirty years, systematically introducing his creative achievements in the integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and brain-computer interaction with art.
During the exhibition, Professor Maurice Benayoun, the artist and professor at the School of Arts at Nanjing University, served as the tour guide. He followed the order of the exhibits, explaining and showcasing the works to the guests and audience attending the opening ceremony, engaging in in-depth discussions and interactions with them.
New media art is guiding humanity to explore the various possibilities of perceptual expression through diverse means and methods. At the same time, it provides us with new tools and perspectives for understanding and responding to the rapidly changing modern society.
The exhibition will run until January 13, 2025. The gallery is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
